If you’ve been in the gym for a while or you’re looking at shaking things up. Why not try a different program? Each program is designed to be conducted over a 2-3 month period before needing to be switched up.

Our body adapts to prolonged training regimes and progress plateaus.

Here are 4 signs that it’s time to switch up your program:

  1. Your results have plateaued, you’re not getting any stronger and you’re not developing muscle mass or leaning out as fast as you once were.
  2. Your goals have changed, perhaps you’re transitioning from a ‘cut’ to a ‘bulk’ and instead of working on physique you’re switching focus to strength and functionality.
  3. You’re bored with every session. Nothing about your training excites you anymore and it’s all becoming one big grind.
  4. Uncontrollable circumstances occur. Maybe you have a new job so workouts have to be intense and quick, maybe you decide to compete, whatever the reason, there are external circumstances which may interrupt our old training patterns.

Let me help you. I’ll take out the stress and time-consuming nature of writing up a program and send them straight to your email. These programs are a great value and take into consideration the average person, exercises are adjustable where needed but give you a general guideline as to the volume you should be doing and how you should be approaching your training.

Personally, the best results that I have seen are when I switch up my programs every 2 months. This keeps the muscles guessing and if you keep hammering away, you’ll achieve great results!

Programs start at the low cost of $39 which lasts for the next 2 months.

If you don’t want or need a coach, this is a great way to get structure into your work out lives. Check out the tabs to find different program categories.
