So by now all of you would have seen the blog logo right? It’s literally everywhere. So what does it mean?
When designing the logo, I thought to myself about what can best convey the message that a balanced diet, proper nutrition and exercise can lead to a healthier life? To me, one of my favourite exercises in the gym is the almighty deadlift, one of the only exercises in the gym where no one can spot you and it depends entirely on your strength and power to complete the lift. You can get support from your friends and fans cheering on your lift, but no one can help you pull that weight up off the ground. Such is the fact for your health and lifestyle as well, it all depends on yourself and with a little support from your friends and family you can and you will most definitely lift that metaphorical weight and transcend those unhealthy habits you have.
So why the fork and spoon? Well, the fork and spoon represent your diet and nutrition, both need to be balanced in order to act at it’s optimum levels, such is the fact for both macro and micro nutrients.
When you combine both elements together, it symbolises a powerful change through your raw power, determination, diet and nutrition – ultimately a change to your lifestyle, supported by your friends and family to help you achieve the health goals you desires. This is where I come in, together with the advice, information and healthy goodness I give to you, we can walk the path to true health mastery and live our life to the fullest!
